BISMARCK, N.D. – North Dakota Tax Commissioner Brian Kroshus says he’s running for reelection. The Bismarck Republican was appointed North Dakota’s Tax Commissioner by former Governor Doug Burgum in 2021 and was elected by the voters in 2022. Prior to his service as Tax Commissioner, Kroshus served on the North Dakota Public Service Commission for five years, including two years as Chairman. “It is a privilege to serve the citizens of North Dakota, and I’m asking voters for the opportunity to continue working on their behalf,” Kroshus said. He has overseen the launch and success of the Primary Residence Credit, which was established during the 2023 Legislative Session.
