Police say a person has died following a crash in the central Auckland suburb of Lynfield this morning, January 29. “The crash on Commodore Drive, involving a vehicle and a pedestrian, was reported to police just after 8am. “The pedestrian was transported to hospital in a critical condition, however sadly died shortly after arriving. “The Serious Crash Unit attended and enquiries into the circumstances of the crash are under way. The road has since reopened.”
