Hockey boosters have organized a Mental Health and Suicide Awareness night during a girls hockey game on Friday. Come cheer on the Hibbing/Chisholm or Grand Rapids-Greenway girls hockey teams on Friday night, and support a good cause. The Hibbing/Chisholm Hockey Boosters have organized a Mental Health and Suicide Awareness Night. Awareness and education can hopefully take away the stigma of mental health conversations. If our players know they’re supported as people first and athletes second, that’s when they truly succeed.”Proceeds will support the Walk for Life in Hibbing that’s coming up in May, along with other mental health programs in Hibbing.
