The sale was advertised in Rolling Stone magazine, drawing significant attention. “Bob lived here until 1959 when, like a Rolling Stone, he and his mother moved to Minneapolis leaving behind memories and a potential museum,” WDIO reported. After several repairs and about a month after she went aground, the freighter left the Twin Ports for Italy carrying grain.
