That's a question many young people may be asking themselves after Wednesday's Youth Educator Convening event hosted by Teach for America Milwaukee. "I really feel like my generation is the generation," said Milwaukee Academy of Science student Tavion Milams. "It just makes me happy being around little kids," St. Anthony High School student Shamady said. The students were also given information about future college visits and pathways to a future in education.
