Denver is no longer mailing all homeowners their property tax bills as the city’s statements move online. Residents began receiving postcards in the mail this week, directing them to check their tax statements online at Denvergov.org/property. Homeowners with mortgages often have their property taxes paid automatically by their mortgage company, with the cost wrapped into their monthly payments.
