Ten doctors are poised to see patients when the Langford medical clinic officially opens its doors next month. The medical clinic on Bryn Maur Road was announced in June 2025, and will be opening and accepting patients starting on Feb. 9. Keith Yacucha says the space will have 14 exam rooms and attach 12,500 patients to family doctors. Yacucha said this clinic will provide care for roughly half of all people in the West Shore who do not have primary care. The project is the result of a partnership between Langford, the South Island Primary Care Society (SIPCS) and the Freemasons of Langford, who are leasing the commercial space at cost.
