A 39-year-old Cheyenne man is facing a felony charge after reportedly, once again, being caught with drugs. Domestic Incident Leads to Felony Drug ChargeAccording to a booking sheet, Dominic Fredrick Stalkup was arrested for domestic assault at 7:25 p.m. on Monday, Jan. 26, after he allegedly threw shoes at another household member during an argument. Initial Court AppearanceOn Wednesday, Jan. 28, Stalkup was seen in Laramie County Circuit Court in front of Judge Antoinette Williams on the charges. "You take the history in conjunction with the allegations before the court today, the state would recommend $5,000 cash," it said.
