He was born on January 9, 1935, in Winchester, Kentucky, and had been a resident of Frankfort for the past 70 years. Mr. McNabb is survived by his wife, Edith Lewis; his children, Pamela McNabb, Steve McNabb and Billie Mohammed; seven grandchildren; and 20 great-grandchildren.
