Public recreational centers must be protected at all costs from greedy individuals and systemic corruption says Moresby South MP and Minister for Foreign Affairs, Justin Tkatchenko.
Speaking on the widespread issue of land grabbing in the capital, the Minister took aim at decades of malpractice within the Department of Lands, which he claims has allowed well-connected individuals to acquire fake titles for public property.
