Blackmagic Design is certainly making inroads into traditional broadcasting markets and recently Obvious C broadcast the Skiing World Cup by utilizing a Blackmagic Design Workflow. Obvious C, is a production company founded by Alexandon Kazabon that specializes in TV sports. One of the main clients is Freestyle Canada, for whom they broadcasted three World Cups in 2025 to over 20 countries. All camera SDI feeds were converted to fiber using Obvious C’s custom 3D printed mounting kits. By utilizing a wide array of Blackmagic products it simplified their workflow.
