A Texas County man faces multiple charges after a vehicle pursuit in Licking ended in a crash and arrest on January 23, according to a probable cause statement filed by the Texas County Sheriff’s Office.
Deputy Sean Bonner reported seeing Jason Hall driving a gold Lincoln sedan near Main Street and Maple Drive.
When Bonner attempted a traffic stop, Hall allegedly refused to pull over and fled at high speed through several intersections, ignoring stop signs and traffic signals.
AdvertisementDeputies pursued Hall across Maple Drive, Hartville Road, and State Highway 32 as he drove through grassy areas and behind a water tower before reentering town.
The chase continued into an alley off Main Street, where Hall reportedly turned his vehicle around and collided with Deputy Kelly’s patrol car.
