A family is in mourning after their loved one was killed in what investigators believe is a potential DUI crash in West Sacramento. On Monday afternoon at around 1:40 p.m., the West Sacramento Police Department responded to a crash on West Capitol Avenue near the Enterprise exit. “I am a therapist who wants to create a space where those who need to be heard can be heard,” Borders stated in her therapist profile. Angela detailed the events leading up to learning of her sibling’s death, where she and Ben spent hours not knowing where or what happened to Borders. “I got home from work on Sunday and got a call from her husband, Ben around 5:30,” Angela wrote.
