Sadly the man, who has now been named as Ian Jackson-Winch, could not be saved despite the best efforts of paramedics and he was pronounced dead at the scene. A 55-year-old man was first arrested after the death of Mr Jackson-Winch and held in custody for questioning and in an update police have said that he has now been arrested on suspicion of murder. A 55-year-old man arrested on suspicion of murder remains in custody. We have subsequently arrested another man – aged 43 – also on suspicion of murder.
