The poll included 400 likely Suisun City voters and has a margin of sampling error of plus or minus 4.9%, with a 95% confidence level. California Forever argued that the questions asked of voters misrepresent the material facts of the Suisun Expansion Plan and who would pay for infrastructure and services in the expansion. Suisun City Manager Bret Prebula released a statement on the polling results on Wednesday afternoon.
