Richardson/Marshall News Messenger photo)The city of Marshall’s water system is stable with no expected service disruptions, officials said Wednesday. “At several of these sites, we confirmed water leaks, and we were able to isolate them, close them off, and secure those sites.”He said, overnight, water storage towers and clear wells showed a strong recovery. “This is exactly what we expected to see when the demand dropped and we had sealed off those leaks,” Rainwater said. “We knew and we expected these water leaks and pipe bursts,” Rainwater continued.
