For the first time in a century, property owners in the Arrowhead Woods community of Lake Arrowhead no longer have anyone telling them what they can and can’t do with their property. None of the 25 tracts ended up clearing that bar, according to Arrowhead Woods Architectural Committee treasurer Scott Rundle. Arrowhead Woods property owners were restricted in what they can do on their property by a tool known as CC&Rs, short for covenants, conditions and restrictions. Rundle said the loss of the committee’s influence is going to hurt Arrowhead Woods and property owners. Rundle is not optimistic about what an Arrowhead Woods without the committee’s influence will look like.
