The discussions focused on collaboration between the public and private sectors in building digital skills capacity. The One Million Coders Programme, led by the Ministry of Communications, Digital Technology and Innovations, forms part of the government’s digitalisation agenda. MTN Ghana said its support for the programme aligns with MTN Group’s Environmental, Social and Governance (ESG) focus on digital inclusion, education and youth development. The MTN Ghana Foundation also continues to support digital education initiatives, including the Ministry’s Girls in ICT programme.
