A NEW soft play area is coming to Stratford Leisure Centre later this year. The play area will replace the clip and climb facility at the leisure centre and is expected to be open in May. The centre, run by Everyone Active in partnership with Stratford District Council, will launch the new play area for children aged up to eight-years-old. The soft play area for early years will enable children to build motor skills and development through balancing, sliding and rolling throughout the secure two-tier structure. Richard Bell, contract manager at Everyone Active, said: “We’re excited to introduce our new soft play area, which we hope will become a much-loved feature of Stratford Leisure Centre and encourage children to learn, grow and have fun all while staying active with their family.
