MINNEAPOLIS — Police arrested a man who sprayed Democratic U.S. Rep. Ilhan Omar with a foul-smelling liquid in Minneapolis on Tuesday, Jan. 27, as she condemned the actions of U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement officials in Minnesota.
