While working alongside Aletheia Health Partners over the past year, Monroe County Hospital set multiple records and received several awards, including being named Hospital of the Year for 2025 by Hometown Health, LLC. She began her nursing career at Monroe County Hospital and has been affiliated with the facility for more than two decades. Fleckenstein said she is excited to lead the hospital as Monroe County and surrounding areas experience growth.
