Millions of Americans slapped with ‘response fee’ after city makes sweeping delivery changes
[]

MILLIONS of consumers in a major US city are being hit with a new “regulatory response fee” this week, raising the cost of food delivery orders.
For example, delivery workers for grocery delivery apps such as Instacart saw a hike in their hourly minimum wage under the new legislation to $21.44, excluding tips, with annual increases.
The service works similarly to Instacart and offers same-day delivery and exclusive offers to those with Amazon Prime.
Kroger Delivery: Kroger shoppers can get their groceries taken to their door at a delivery time that suits them.
Target Same-Day Delivery: Orders can arrive within a few hours of being placed.
