NORRISTOWN — A former New Hanover Township man was sent to prison after he broke into a home from which he had been evicted under a protection from abuse order during an ongoing domestic dispute.
The judge also ordered Moore to stay away from the Lawrence Drive residence and to have no contact with the victim.
Arriving officers found Moore inside the home with the female victim and confirmed the active PFA order against Moore, who was immediately taken into custody.
Other charges of criminal trespass, terroristic threats and simple assault were dismissed against Moore as part of the plea agreement.
Defense lawyer Pietro Joseph D’Angelo represented Moore during the court proceedings.
