A new Twin Falls restaurant is preparing for a grand opening celebration this weekend. Wednesday, as the snow fell in Twin Falls, I drove down to the Marketplace at Canyon Springs just before 11 A.M., after being tipped off about the new restaurant. The sign above the entrance at 1357 Blue Lakes Boulevard read, Restaurante Y Tacos El Paisa. 'El Paisa' translates to friend, or countryman, in Spanish.
