Netflix has revealed the teaser trailer and release date for Detective Hole, its newest crime drama based on Jo Nesbø’s popular Harry Hole novels. The video offers a glimpse of what to expect from the upcoming whodunnit serial killer mystery series led by one of crime fiction’s most iconic detectives. “Underneath the surface, this series is a nuanced character drama about two police officers – and supposed colleagues – operating on opposite sides of the law. Throughout the season, Harry goes head-to-head with his long-time adversary and corrupt detective Tom Waaler,” reads the official synopsis. The show is created and written by Nesbø, based on his 2003 novel The Devil’s Star, which was the fifth installment of the Harry Hole novel series.
