Other houses that have recently been sold close by include:In July 2023, a 1,398-square-foot home on the 900 block of Pinewood Drive in San Jose sold for $1,980,000, a price per square foot of $1,416. A 1,270-square-foot home on the 4300 block of Borina Drive in San Jose sold in November 2023 for $1,850,000, a price per square foot of $1,457. On the 900 block of Leo Drive in San Jose in February 2024, a 1,618-square-foot home was sold for $2,420,000, a price per square foot of $1,496.
