Staff reportMOUNT ULLA — West Rowan sophomore football standout Kayden Weeks has received an offer from East Carolina University. Weeks, 6-foot-2 and about 285 pounds, was South Piedmont Conference and Rowan County Defensive Player of the Year for the 2025 season. Weeks had a county-leading 23 tackles for loss. He was credited with five sacks, 72 tackles and one interception.
