Former Ghana international Laryea Kingston has revealed his desire to manage a first team at a major tournament within the next five years. The 45-year-old has worked as a youth coach over the years, including with the U-18 side of Danish club Nordsjaelland and Ghana’s U-17 side, the Black Starlets. He currently heads Uganda’s junior national teams (U-17 and U-20) on a two-year contract. “We want to be leading one of the big teams across the world in the next five years,” Laryea told Sporty FM. “I want to find myself leading a team in the AFCON, and then, if not, in a first-team environment anywhere across the world.
