Pamela Abdy and Michael De Luca have a lot to celebrate come Oscar weekend. Additional event co-chairs and members of the host committee are expected to be announced in coming weeks. “The Night Before is a meaningful reminder of what we can accomplish when we support one another,” said Abdy and De Luca in a joint statement. Typically held on the Fox lot, the Night Before party is always a starry draw on a busy weekend. Last year’s event, co-chaired by Oscar nominees Demi Moore, Colman Domingo and Cynthia Erivo, raked in close to $4 million.
