Many Ariana Grande fans were left empty-handed after tickets went on sale for her “Eternal Sunshine” tour in September 2025, and shows sold out in minutes. In a post on social media, Ticketmaster explained that the company worked with the “Eternal Sunshine” tour in October to cancel a “small portion” of tickets that violated ticket purchase terms. At the time, Ticketmaster had emailed fans who purchased those resale tickets to inform them their tickets had been canceled and that, at the tour’s request, they would be invited to participate if any tickets were made available. Popular on VarietyNow, says Ticketmaster, “Our focus is ensuring those tickets are reissued directly to fans.” The company states that fans can access tickets through a “request process,” or lottery system, in February. Fans who had tickets canceled on the secondary market will be prioritized first under the new plan.
