New York State Police Respond During the Winter StormDuring the recent storm, New York State Troop C Officers kept busy as they responded to 76 weather-related events on January 26th and 27th, 2026. There are three zones that NYS Troop C covers. Zone 2 is solely Broome County, and Zone 3 consists of Cortland, Tioga, and Tompkins counties.
