The case against a Waterford Township man accused of fatally stabbing a woman described as his fiancee advanced to Oakland County Circuit Court on Wednesday for possible trial. Martin, 25, is accused of killing Mallory Myers, 33, at a home on Hackett Street on June 13, 2025. Waterford Township police said Martin called 911 that afternoon to report he had stabbed Myers. An investigation revealed Myers had been stabbed multiple times and died from those injuries, officials said. Martin is held in the Oakland County Jail, denied bond.
