Condemn Russia’s war of aggression, its violations of international law, and its deliberate attacks on civilians and essential infrastructure. Call on all democratic nations to strengthen political, military, economic, financial, and humanitarian support for Ukraine until full liberation and a just, lasting peace are achieved. Support Ukraine’s integration into the European Union and NATO as essential to long-term peace, democracy, and security in Europe. Encourage IDU members and partners to expand and rigorously enforce sanctions against Russia, its enablers, and entities sustaining its war economy. Call on Western allies to ensure the timely and continuous delivery of weapons and critical capabilities to Ukraine, and emphasize the need to accelerate and improve the effectiveness of all assistance supporting Ukraine’s right to self-defense.
