The Special Olympics Donut campaign is returning to Tim Hortons, with 100 per cent of the proceeds from every Special Olympics donut sold going directly to support Special Olympics athletes across Canada, including in Lloydminster. Athletes from the Lloydminster program will be at select Tim Hortons locations to help promote the fundraiser and meet customers. This year, they’ll be serving at the following times and locations:Friday, January 30 (9:30–11:30 a.m.) at Tims on 3902 50 Ave and 1504 50 AveSunday, February 1 (9:30 – 11:30 a.m.) – 1504 50 AveThe Special Olympics Donut campaign has become an annual highlight for both athletes and supporters, offering the community a simple way to make a meaningful impact.
