Central Chilcotin Rehabilitation Ltd (CCR) released a report highlighting a strong and productive 2025. Featured in it is the Palmer Project story, a large scale forest rehabilitation initiative along Palmer Road. In 2025, the Palmer Project received national recognition from Natural Resources Canada for it’s role in advancing wildfire knowledge and supporting Indigenous fire stewardship.
