There was a slight increase in the number of homes sold through the MLS System of the North Bay and Area REALTORS Association last year. Officials say 1,212 units were sold in 2025, up 3.9% from the year before. Also up was the annual average price, at just over $487,000. Active residential listings were at 206 units at the end of December. It’s over 48% above the five-year average and just over 4% above the 10-year average.
