The North Bay Police Service has laid an attempt murder charge after an Intimate Partner Violence investigation. On Sunday (Jan. 25), the service says officers responded to a reported assault at a downtown residence, involving the accused and a female victim. Police say through the investigation, evidence was uncovered of additional altercations, which resulted in more charges being laid.
