Beginning her athletic career as a sprinter, Carol transitioned to middle distance and cross country running at Parry Sound High School. Her sustained excellence and dedication to her sport brought significant national and international recognition to Parry Sound. Ryan KnoxAthleteRyan Knox is an accomplished hockey player originating from Parry Sound. Graduating out of Parry Sound Minor Hockey and Parry Sound Shamrocks in the NOJHA, Knox went on to play in the OPJHL for the Bramalea Blues.
