YOUNGSTOWN, Ohio – Youngstown State University’s Beeghly College of Liberal Arts, Social Science, and Education says it will begin offering associate degree programs at YSU’s new campus in Steubenville starting in the fall 2026 semester. According to a monthly newsletter released by BCLASSE, the campus will offer Associate of Arts, Associate of Individualized Studies, Associate of Arts in Teacher Education and Pre-K Early Childhood Associate degrees. Steubenville will also provide a range of general education courses, including writing, English, sociology, history, psychology and communications, the college announced. YSU is committed to offering 20 face-to-face programs in Jefferson County, spanning the four major professional areas – education, business, health care and STEM – as well as general education. The university said at the time that it could begin holding some classes in the summer at the Steubenville campus.
