'Change Your Passwords Frequently' Is Terrible Advice. Here's Why

In the past, whenever I wrote about security passwords, I would say something along the lines of "Use password managers, as they make it very easy to change passwords, which you should do frequently."
Because that's the advice everyone gives about passwords, along with making them strong and unique to every service and account you create.
