According to a uniform citation, the Kentucky State Police responded Monday to a residence in Bonnieville after dispatch received two 911 calls. Troopers say Belt exited the vehicle, and during a vehicle search, they located suspected marijuana and methamphetamine, along with a glass pipe. Belt was arrested and transported to the Hart County Jail. He faces charges of first-degree trafficking in a controlled substance, first offense (less than 2 grams of methamphetamine), trafficking in marijuana (less than 8 ounces), first offense and drug paraphernalia – buy/possess.
