They expressed concern over an incident at Salakapur village, where a pastor and worshippers were allegedly assaulted during Sunday prayers and church property was damaged.
The association noted that the police had been prompt in several instances and registered cases.
TUCPA had urged the State government to introduce a legislation to curb religious hatred and protect freedom of faith.
The meeting passed resolutions condemning attacks on minorities and warned of Statewide and nationwide protests if such incidents continue.
