(WDIO) — The owner of the historic Lutsen Lodge—who is facing arson charges in connection with the 2024 fire that destroyed the property—is now suing his insurance company for denying his claim. Court documents state that 41-year-old Bryce Campbell submitted a $16.5 million insurance claim on the day the fire broke out in 2024.
