RTP has announced the first guest performers for the Portuguese Eurovision selection, Festival da Canção 2026. Júlio Resende and Paulo Lapa have been announced by RTP as performing in the first Semi-Final of Festival da Canção 2026. They will be performing a tribute to mark 50 years since Festival da Canção 1976. Semi-Final One of Festival da Canção 2026 will be held on February 21. NAPA represented Portugal at the Eurovision Song Contest 2025 with the song “Deslocado”.
