The Cleveland Browns have had one of the more intriguing stretches of the offseason after firing head coach Kevin Stefanski and beginning their search for his replacement. Cleveland agreed to hire former Baltimore Ravens offensive coordinator Todd Monken, a 60-year-old with extensive NFL experience who played a key role in the quarterback Lamar Jackson and the Ravens success over the last three seasons. Nonetheless, Browns rookie quarterback Shedeur Sanders, who started the final seven games of the season for Cleveland, appears fully on board with the decision to hire Monken. Sanders went 3–4 over his seven starts, completing 56.6% of his passes for 1,400 yards, seven touchdowns, and 10 interceptions. The Browns also have Dillon Gabriel in the quarterback room, along with veteran Deshaun Watson, who is expected to return healthy to start the 2026 season.
