The development application, submitted by Perth-based Planning Solutions on behalf of Spinnaker Developments, comprises 52 apartments, parking and landscaping at 407–409 Charles Street. An existing single-storey dwelling on 409 Charles Street will be demolished, while 407 Charles Street is currently vacant.
