He added that the petitioner also alleged that the first defendant only utilised the sum of N565 million for both polls out of the N1.6 billion. He said a sum of N1.1 billion was unaccounted for by the former BSIEC chairman. Abubakar granted the defendants bail in the sum of N50 million each with one surety in like sum. He also directed the defendants to deposit their international passports with the court registrar. He also remanded the defendants pending perfection of their bail and adjourned the case to April 24 for hearing.
