Thiruvananthapuram: Sangh organisations, including Sabarimala Karma Samithi, Hindu Aikya Vedi and other Sangh Parivar groups, organised Sabarimala Samrakshana Sangamam of Ayyappa devotees at Pandalam in Kerala's Pathanamthitta district on Monday.
