Cosmetics maker Atomy said that it has been ranked third in the small and medium category of the 2025 Asia’s Best Workplaces 200 list — compiled by Great Place to Work (GPTW), a global authority on workplace culture. GPTW measures five core categories for the list: trust, respect, fairness, pride and camaraderie. At Atomy, employees are given authority without being burdened by excessive responsibility, encouraged to eliminate unnecessary tasks and empowered to work when they choose. Atomy said it provides 10 million won ($7,168) to employees following the birth of a child. Parental and child care leave are strongly encouraged, and over the past three years, the return rate after child care leave has been 100 percent.
