An inquest into one of Queensland's most infamous tragedies has been labelled an "injustice" that's left the families of two dead men "ripped off". (60 Minutes)A coronial inquest in 2020 controversially excused Webber from being cross-examined about inconsistencies, due to his trauma from the night. Retired magistrate and coroner David Heilpurn told 60 Minutes there was a "big gap" in the coronial inquest. It began with Davy travelling to Alva Beach with his new girlfriend of just a few weeks, 29-year-old Candice Locke. When they forced open his door, a confrontation ended with Webber stabbing both Christensen and Davy.
